I had a generally pleasant stay at Link Hotel Singapore, but it wasn't without hiccups. The location in Tiong Bahru is excellent for exploring local culture and food, and my room was spacious and comfortable. However, the service had its shortcomings; my room wasn't cleaned on a couple of days, and amenities like the phone and fridge weren't functional initially. Overall, a homey atmosphere despite some room for improvement.

The SOHO suite I stayed in was spacious with a comfortable sofa, though I had to climb over the bed to get to my side. The air-conditioning was quiet, and the bed was firm yet comfortable. There were minor issues like inadequate lighting adjustments and a missing fridge, but the cleanliness was commendable.
Service

While the staff were friendly and accommodating, there were issues with cleanliness as my room was left unserviced for two days. Additionally, I had to report the faulty room phone multiple times before it was addressed, which was frustrating.

Link Hotel is situated in the vibrant Tiong Bahru area, just a short walk from the MRT station and bus services. The nearby food market is a highlight, particularly for late-night snacks, and I found exploring local cafes and restaurants easy and enjoyable.
Dining

The in-house dining options were rather basic and didn't quite meet my expectations. I opted to explore the neighborhood for delicious local food instead.
Facilities

The hotel offers some useful facilities such as a laundrette, but the gym and dining options felt limited. Overall, it’s functional but could benefit from modern updates.

The location is fantastic, really close to Tiong Bahru Food Centre and the buses, making it easy to explore. However, I encountered some minor issues with room amenities and service that could use improvement. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with room for enhancements. 😊

The Superior Double room was clean and stocked regularly, but it felt a bit dated and cramped. I did miss having more storage space like a wardrobe, which could be an issue for those with larger suitcases (I managed with hangers, though).
